Associate Members are asked to nominate individuals to act as the primary contact for communications and engagement discussions and the accounts contact for billing purposes.
Members are required to nominate a person to vote at general meetings; this individual holds the role of Authorised Representative.
To support the Authorised Representative, Members can also nominate a 'Key Contact' to act as the person ILAG works with to develop and monitor engagement. The Authorised Representative may also nominate an Accounts contact – the person and/or department to whom invoices should be addressed.
How to change your membership roles
