Sue is a member of the ILAG Board and Operations Group and has headed the ILAG Management Team since 2000. She has worked in the industry in reassurance, life, protection and marketing for over 40 years.
Jo provides support for the Group Director and is responsible for ILAG’s digital development and technical management and oversight.
She also manages the Wealth Management Strategy Group (incorporating investment, later life and workplace saving matters), and the Workplace Benefits: Health & Wellbeing and Tax Practitioner Groups.
Jo has worked in the life and pensions industry for many years, including roles in customer services, marketing, investments, compliance and financial crime prevention.
Theresa works closely with the Treasurer and is responsible for ILAG's day-to-day finances.
She manages relationships with existing ILAG members and works with the Board on new member acquisition.
Previously, Theresa has worked in conference management and corporate hospitality.
Kelly is responsible for the dissemination of technical information to members. She also manages the Financial Crime, Risk Management and Regulations (UK&EU) Practitioner Groups.
Kelly has worked in the financial services and pensions industry for many years. This include roles in compliance, investments, training and financial crime prevention.
Steve manages the Financial Reporting, Pensions Technical and Prudential Regulation Practitioner Groups and the NEDs Advisory Group and is responsible for implementing and managing ILAG's workplace pension arrangements.
Steve has 25 years' experience in the life assurance and pensions industry.
Lynda manages the Protection Practitioner and Social Care Focus Groups.
Before joining ILAG, Lynda was a senior medical and financial underwriter with a large reinsurer.
Mark provides software and hardware support for the virtual office.
He also manages the Distribution and Digital, Innovation and Technology Practitioner Groups.
Prior to joining ILAG Mark worked in the banking industry.
