Jo joined ILAG in 2013 and has headed the Management Team since 2021. She has worked in the life and pensions industry for many years, including roles in customer services, marketing, investments, compliance and financial crime prevention.

Theresa manages relationships with existing ILAG members and works with the Board on new member acquisition.

Previously, Theresa has worked in conference management and corporate hospitality.

Kelly is responsible for the dissemination of technical information to members. She also manages the Financial Crime, Risk Management and Regulations (UK&EU) Practitioner Groups.

Kelly has worked in the financial services and pensions industry for many years. This include roles in compliance, investments, training and financial crime prevention.

Leah is responsible for ILAG's cyber security, digital development and innovation, oversees our webinar programme and provides IT support to the Management Team.

She manages the following groups:

• Digital, Technology and Innovation Practitioner Group
• Protection Practitioner Group

Leah joined LAG from the charity sector, where she managed website migration and redesign, as well as the development and implementation of social media strategy.

Jenny has a long background working in financial services, with particular focus on pensions. Before joining LAG, she provided pension technical and regulatory guidance to both internal and external clients for a Business Process Outsourcing service provider.

She provides support to the Management Team and ILAG members through the identification and dissemination of future innovative, political, economic, legislative, and regulatory developments relating to the life assurance and wealth management industries.

She manages the following groups:

• Distribution Practitioner Group
• Workplace: Protection, Health & Wellbeing Practitioner Group
• Wealth Management Strategy Group (incorporating investment, later life and workplace saving matters)
• Tax Practitioner Group

Steve manages the Financial Reporting, Pensions Technical and Prudential Regulation Practitioner Groups and the NEDs Advisory Group and is responsible for implementing and managing ILAG's workplace pension arrangements.

Steve has 25 years' experience in the life assurance and pensions industry.

Richard has worked in the financial services industry for nearly forty years; before joining ILAG he was at Zurich Insurance for two decades as regional, and later national, accounts manager. After retiring from that role at the end of 2022, he has now agreed to support ILAG's strategic improvement programme by offering us the benefit of his industry experience.

Debbie uses her wealth of experience from running successful businesses to provide ILAG with business support.

Gemma brings over 23 years’ experience in administration, business support and event organisation, from across many industries including IT, Automotive, Beauty, Property, Wellness, Leisure, and Sports, to help ILAG deliver for its membership.
